These are new old stock found in a warehouse after a leather company closed it’s doors after being open well over 100 years. Probably from the 1960s or 1970s. these buckles look to be Solid Brass with highly detailed enameled cloisonne motif and engraving. New Old Stock. When these are gone there will be no more.
