This is a fantastic book about my friend Don ( Little Brown Jug ) Reynolds . Don was in movies with Roy Rogers , Gene Autry , Charles Starret and many more including being the last boy to play Little Beaver in the Red Ryder movies in the late 40s and very early 50s . Don also trained animals for movies and he trained the Shadowfax horse for Lord of the Rings .
