This is a collectors item new warehouse find. When the few we have left are gone there will be no more. These caps are 18 years old and we cannot guarantee that they would pop well at all. The biggest value of these is for collectors because of the age and being mint in the package. Manufacture in 2006. We will not refund on these if you purchase to use and they do not work.
